The Open Sea

Another card ready for Father's Day.

Here I have used Stampin' Up's The Open Sea stamp set and sponged two different inks to create the vintage effect.

Around the stamped boat I tore the paper and inked the edges directly with the ink pad to create an old paper / map type feel. I googled sailor knots and used the bakers twine to tie a knot for decoration.
